Each Participant must fill in a separate registration form.

Early Bird Registration
**Students document or ID card must be uploaded to the system during the online registration process.
Registration fee includes entrance to the sessions and exhibition area, coffee breaks, lunches, and welcome reception.
Cancellation of Registration: Your registration will be confirmed by letter once the Conference Secretariat receives your full payment.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 23 February 2024, and the registration fee will be refunded with a USD 60 deduction for administrative expenses.
For cancellations received on and after 24 February 2024, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
- Changes in registration and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Ms. Pinar Eresici email@example.com.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The official currency of the Conference is US Dollars.
Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means.

Please include transfer charges to the total amount that you will transfer. TOLL 2024 Conference Secretariat has the right to ask for the difference for short payments.
- By credit card:
Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard and AMEX may use their cards for payment. Please indicate the card number, expiry date, and security code on the registration form. Please note that if your account is in a different currency than US Dollars, your bank will apply their daily exchange on the payment and the Meeting Secretariat has no control over the application.
We regret that cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.
Registration and Information Desk
During the Conference, there will be a Registration Desk within the meeting venue for on-site registration, distribution of the name badges, and helping the participants with the issues related to their registration. The opening hours of the registration desk will be announced closer to the Conference.
