Oral Presentation Guidelines
- A widescreen projector will be used so please make sure your presentation slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio.
- We encourage you to use the TOLL templates provided HERE, but this is not required.
- All presenters must check into the Speakers’ Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to their session time in order to upload their presentation.
- Please bring your presentation with a USB to upload at the Speakers’ Ready Room.
- If you prefer to use your own laptop, please bring your connection cable/adapter with you and do notify the Speakers’ Ready Room a day before your presentation.
- The Speakers’ Ready Room is located on the Third Floor in Hudig Zaal (entrance from Willem Burger Foyer by elevator or from Willem Burger Hall).
- Please bring your presentation with a USB to upload at the Speakers’ Ready Room.
- Please proceed to your session room 10-15 minutes before the session start time in order to introduce yourself to the session chair(s) and to familiarize yourself with the set-up.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Posters at the TOLL 2024 will be presented as paper posters.
- Posters should be prepared in PORTRAIT A0 format: 1189 mm (46.8 inches) height and 841 mm (33.1 inches) in width.
- All material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board will be available at the posters’ help desk in the respective poster area.
- Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters.
- Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on top of the poster.
- Please make sure that your poster can be read easily from a distance of 2 meters.
- All posters must be written entirely in English.
Poster Display Hours
Setup: 12 PM – 3 PM on Wednesday, April 17, 2024
Dismantle: 2 – 5 PM on Saturday, April 20, 2024
*All Posters will appear on poster board in the Poster Area at the exhibition area and are available for always viewing for participants during the meeting.
